Due to a higher amount of submissions, ticket responses are expected to be delayed as the usual response time will be (72 hours) from submission. We will try our best to respond before the above time frame, but ask that you please give us the above timeframe to ensure the ticket is handled by the appropriate department and person. All serious relations (harassment, sexual activities, bullying, etc) and immediate action activities within the hotel should be submitted to the in-game moderators by using the "help" button found on the top right of the client.
